The annual service charge per mooring covers the cost of water and electricity connections and maintenance. Electricity supply is by purchase of prepaid cards.

Mooring agreements will run for 12 months from commencement, unless otherwise agreed. For boats under 17 metres only berths 53 to 65 are available.

	DAILY MOORING RATES £10 per day.

	WIDEBEAM BOATS Annual and monthly moorings are usually charged at 2 times the above rates, however we are currently offering Widebeam Moorings at 1.8 times the above rates.

		STORAGE LOCKERS Are charged at £125 per quarter including VAT.
