The above charges include VAT @17.5%, and are due annually on 1st April.
In addition there will be an annual charge per mooring of £215 including VAT to cover the cost of water and electricity connections and maintenance. Electricity supply is by purchase of prepaid cards.
New Moorers will be charged a proportion of the above rates from the date of the mooring agreement to 31st March 2009.

The above prices include VAT @ 17.5 %.
Leasehold Moorers will also incur the annual maintenance charge detailed above of £215 per annum including VAT.
A ground rent is also payable of £50 per annum for the first 10 years, £100 per annum for the next 10 years, and £150 per annum for the last 10 years of the lease.
A charge of 25% of the rent payable is made in respect of sub letting.
