ANNUAL MOORING RATES – NARROWBOATS

The annual service charge per mooring covers the cost of water, electricity connections and maintenance, rubbish disposal, electricity and maintenance of common parts etc. Electricity supply is by purchase of prepaid / smart cards.
For higher use moorings a higher service charge will apply.
Mooring agreements will run for 12 months from commencement, unless otherwise agreed.
We are able to set up payment arrangements over 10 months, please speak to a manager.
Cruising Moorings – Vacate your annual mooring for at least 12 consecutive weeks and get 20% off Annual Mooring Cost – (numbers of these Moorings are limited so please check for current availability).
Advance Purchase Scheme – Pay for 2 years mooring and get 10% discount on the 2nd year.
MONTHLY MOORING RATES
Up to 62ft – Narrowboats @ £350 per month. Widebeams @ £630 per month.
Over 62ft – Narrowboats @ £395 per month. Widebeams @ £710 per month.
Higher use moorings will incur an extra charge, please speak to a manager.
DAILY MOORING RATES
Narrowboats @ £25 per day (£125 per week). Widebeams @ £40 per day (£200 per week). Electricity £5 per day.
WIDEBEAM BOATS
Annual moorings are charged at 1.8 times the above total rates including service plus a higher usage service charge if applicable.
STORAGE LOCKERS
Are charged at £30 per month.
All above charges include VAT.
